There's a new uCLinux based credit-card sized single board computer. It has a 64 Mhz processor, 2 to 4 MB of Flash RAM, 64 KB of SRAM, and 16 MB of DRAM. It has approximately 50 ports, a battery backed clock, and the ability to enter a zero power hibernation mode to save power. It's about $200:
