Senario Pleo

[UPDATE 06-27-2007] - Best Buy changed the price to $349. I don't know if the $299 price was a misprint or short term discount, but as of now their price is the same as everyone else in the US.

A friend of mine was kind enough to tip me off to a substantial discount price he found for Pleo. Apparently Best Buy has found a way to offer our favorite green dino buddy for a full $50 USD less than the average street price. I haven't found out why Best Buy and Amazon list it as the Senario Pleo, but it is indeed a true blue Pleo from Ugobe. Well true green that is. Best Buy, Amazon, Target, and Wal-Mart are all listed by Ugobe in the Pleo preorder press release as official distributors for the USA.

As far as I know, only the Ugobe store has the First Hatch edition Pleos, which you still need a coupon code for to get one. I'll keep you up to date with the latest pricing information I find and put it on the page I'm maintaing for those who want to buy Pleo.
