If you live in Texas or will happen to be there this October 20 and 21, you can meet Pleo! If you can make it by the 20, then you can also meet Pleo's inventor and Ugobe co-founder, Caleb Chung. According to Pleo World, you'll be able to:

• Play with a Pleo prototype
• Explore how to modify, personalize, and customize Pleo
• Inspect some Pleo components you may have seen featured in the webisodes
  

Those of you who can't visit the show and see the Pleo booth, can still participate by watching a streaming live chat that will be set up from the show. Maker Faire is the awesome show put on by leading inventor/do-it-yourself magazine and online web site, Make Magazine. Here are some of the wonderful events currently planned for this years fair (from their web site):

Maker Faire: two-day, family-friendly event that celebrates arts, crafts, engineering, science projects and the Do-It-Yourself (DIY) mindset, including Swap-O-Rama-Rama, the King of Fling Catapult Competition, and Edible Austin's DIY Food.
