Robot Rumors: The RS Panda robot from WowWee
Stop the presses! Is the RS Panda a new product from WowWee or just a stuffed toy that happened to wander into their showroom and end up a captive of the robot residents?
Watch the video on the right but make sure you stop it at the 8 second mark (00:08). Look at the 2nd shelf from the top on the wall behind the Flytech Dragonfly, WowWee’s new Ornithopter robot that flaps its wings to fly, as it flys around the room. See it? That’s a black and white panda bear!
Is the RS Panda some cuddly new direction for WowWee’s robots which to date have been imposing and ferocious? Who knows but perhaps that question will be answered at the 2007 Consumer Electronics show this coming January 8th - 11th.
